✨ Project Spotlight: Dublin City Centre International Benchmark ✨

🔍 Insights
Before the summer, Blossity was asked to conduct an international benchmark on the vitality of Dublin City. By comparing Dublin’s city centre with those of Copenhagen, Amsterdam, and Glasgow, we assessed its appeal to international students, tourists, and investors across diverse asset classes. Our findings revealed that, although Dublin faces challenges in realising its full potential, international sentiment about the city is more positive than many Dubliners may realise.

We distilled our data-dashboards and lessons from over 20 in-depth interviews into actionable recommendations. These focus on bridging divides across the Liffey and revitalising key areas, including O’Connell Street, helping Dublin to thrive as a more connected, resilient, and #stickycity —and to make Dubliners proud again.

📢 Taskforce Report
Momentum is building for Dublin, as we saw this autumn when Taoiseach Simon Harris unveiled the Dublin City Centre Taskforce’s report. The Government-appointed Taskforce, with initiatives like the 10 ‘Big Moves,’ outlines a realistic plan to reboot Dublin’s city centre.

🌆 Looking Ahead
Our vision? A transformed Dublin city centre as a CentralSocialDistrict —where people can live, work, learn, play, and stay. Curious? Dive into the full Taskforce Report or get in touch to discuss how our approach to “stickiness” can spark change in your city ✨.
